International Yoga Day 2016 Celebrations World wide

In the recent days people are eager in practicing yoga in day to day life as it gives more benefits to the human kind. Some of the benefits includes keeps body fit
and away from diseases, regulates blood, heat and air circulations and retains the youthfulness.
The who regularly practices yoga will follow good habits and live peace and prosperous life. By considering all these things to impart a special attention to people United Nations Organization(U.N.O) decided to celebrate June 21st as International Yoga Day from 2015 onwards.
After this move from U.N.O many countries showed their interests for the practice of yoga in groups. Some of the people were tried even guinness records too! in the continuous practice of yoga.
The activities in yoga iincludes Asanas, Pranayama(breath control practice), physical exercises, Surya Namaskar(Sun Worship) and Meditation. This should be practiced only when taken from a spiritual guru or teacher. World Community Service Center(WCSC), is inturn propagates this way in spreading the yoga to world.
Yoga means merging. Merging the body and the soul to exhibit a life in coordination with nature. In the second International Yoga Day(2016) many countries showcases their interests in yoga practice. In india, for International Yoga Day 2016 there were lot of steps have been taken to maximize the reach of yoga to every citizen of India. The prime minister Mr.Narendra Modi is planned to participate in an event in Chandigarh on Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
