Kechari Mudra and its benefits

Kechari Mudra is considered the king among mudras. In Sanskrit, the word ‘Kha’ indicates Brahman or the Supreme Reality and ‘Chara’ means to move. Kechari Mudra helps the practitioner to move in the blissful infinite consciousness of Brahman. Kechari is an advanced practice that enables the yogi to reach higher states of consciousness. Kechari Mudra is mentioned in Gheranda Samhita, Hatha Yoga Pradeepika , hathratnavali and various other yogic and tantric texts.

Can the God be seen? Yes, can be seen.  If you see through those eyes, if you see with those aim, you can see.  We do some action; there is a result for every action, isn’t it? I clap. Sound comes. My effort was till I did clap the hand. Did I make the noise? Did I make the sound? Did I bring it? Not at all.  It’s there in stock, condensed on my act, condensed up to the level ears hear it, that’s what can be said.

Hence there is no such place where God is not there. What is the sign for it? What ever you do, the God only comes as a result for it. That’s the function of God. That activity, considering its experience, if performed with plan and thinking, it would only be beneficial. Else, if done in illusion under sensory perceptions in some speed, it may be beneficial or it may result in suffering.  If pleasure is needed, peace is needed, then should have both ‘Divine feeling’ and ‘Virtual Order’.

பேரியக்க மண்டலமெனும் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் ஆக்கம், நிகழ்வு, முடிவு எனும் மூன்றும் அணுக்கள் கூடுதல், இயங்குதல், பிரிதல் எனும் நிகழ்ச்சிகளேயாகும். எனினும், உயிரினங்கள், தோற்றங்கள், காப்பு இவற்றைப் பெண்மையினிடத்தே அருட்பேராற்றல் அமைத்திருக்கும், ஒப்புவித்திருக்கும் பேருண்மையை உணரும்போது எல்லோரும் பெண்ணினத்தின் பெருமையை உணர்ந்து போற்ற வேண்டியுள்ளது.

கடவுளைக் காண முடியுமா என்றால் காண முடியும். எந்தக் கண்ணால் பார்க்க வேண்டுமோ, எந்த நோக்கத்தோடு பார்க்க வேண்டுமோ, அப்படிப் பார்த்தால் காணலாம். ஒரு செயல் செய்கிறோம்; எந்தச் செயல் செய்தாலும் ஒரு விளைவு இருக்கிறதல்லவா? கையைத் தட்டினேன், சப்தம் வந்தது. கையைத் தட்டினவரைக்கும் தான் என் முயற்சி. சப்தம் நான் செய்தேனா, ஒலியை நான் செய்தேனா, நான் கொண்டு வந்தேனா? இல்லவே இல்லை; இருப்பில் இருந்து, என்னுடைய செயலினால் குவிந்தது, காது கேட்கின்ற அளவுக்குக் குவிந்தது, அவ்வளவு தான் சொல்லலாம்.

ஆகவே இறைவன் இல்லாத இடமே இல்லை. அதற்கு அடையாளம் என்ன? நீ எந்தச் செயலைச் செய்தாலும் அதற்கு விளைவாக வருபவனும் இறைவன் தான். அதுதான் இறைவனுடைய செயலே. அந்தச் செயல் அதனுடைய அனுபவத்தை வைத்துக் கொண்டு நல்ல செயலாக இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று சிந்தனையோடு திட்டமிட்டுச் செய்வோமானால் நலமே விளையும். இல்லை, புலனளவில் கவர்ச்சியாகி மயக்கத்திலே ஏதோ வேகத்திலே செய்கின்ற போது இன்பமும் வரலாம், துன்பமும் வரலாம். இன்பம் வேண்டும், அமைதி வேண்டும் என்றால் அதற்கு இறையுணர்வு, அறநெறி இரண்டும் வேண்டும்.
